  • Grade 1: Grade 1 titanium is the purest form of titanium, containing 99.5% titanium. It is ductile, formable, and has excellent corrosion resistance in various environments. Grade 1 titanium is often used in chemical processing, marine, and aerospace applications.
  • Grade 2: Grade 2 titanium contains 99% titanium and a small amount of oxygen and iron. It has good strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance. Grade 2 titanium is commonly used in heat exchangers, marine, and medical applications.
  • Grade 5: Grade 5 titanium, also known as Ti-6Al-4V, contains 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium. It has high strength, good toughness, and excellent corrosion resistance. Grade 5 titanium is often used in aerospace, marine, and medical implants.
  • Grade 7: Grade 7 titanium contains 0.2% palladium, which enhances its corrosion resistance in acidic environments. It has good weldability and is often used in chemical processing, marine, and aerospace applications.
  • Grade 9: Grade 9 titanium, also known as Ti-3Al-2.5V, contains 3% aluminum and 2.5% vanadium. It has good strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and is often used in aerospace, marine, and medical applications.
